Selfloops Spark revolutionizes data management and analytics with its intuitive interface and powerful features designed for seamless integration and real-time insights.

An innovative application designed for tracking and analyzing sports performance on Apple Watch and iPhone is now available.

The iPhone app enables users to:

View their activities from Selfloops.com
Monitor weekly goals
Enroll in classes
Record and evaluate workouts
Review personalized training plans from coaches
Add notes to workouts and access coach comments
Set workout intensity using the RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion, Borg scale)

The Apple Watch app offers the following features:

Participate in Selfloops Group Fitness classes using the Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor
Track cardio sessions
Monitor Concept2 rowers, bikeErgs, and SkiErgs
Track activities on rowers, treadmills, indoor bikes, and indoor trainers supporting Bluetooth FTMS protocol, Bluetooth Cycling Power, and Cycling Speed and Cadence standards

Bluetooth FTMS is recognized as the industry standard protocol for connecting with fitness machines.

The app automatically syncs workouts with the Apple Health app, Apple Activity app, and Selfloops website.

Furthermore, users can opt for the "Athlete Premium" in-app purchase to access advanced sports performance analysis features available on the Selfloops website.

An Athlete Premium subscription allows integration with third-party services such as Garmin, Wahoo Fitness, Polar, Withings, Concept2, enabling users to leverage all advanced functionalities of the Selfloops platform.

Athlete Premium subscribers can export Apple Health data like sleep metrics, steps taken, resting heart rate, HRV, and more to the Selfloops website for comprehensive analysis.
